A Conversation

A Conversation.   If I had a transcript of my Artist Showcase interview in the Fontana City Council Chambers, I would post that here.  The interviewer asked good questions about my experience as an artist, which I had long considered.  So, I was comfortable with my answers.

However, I do not have a transcript…I have a LINK to the interview.   It was  posted on YouTube just a few days ago.  I know this week is filled with gift wrapping, family, and Chinese food. But, if you have twelve minutes and thirty-five seconds to spare, I will share our art conversation with you.  Have a great week and a Happy New Year.

WOW! What an impressive interview! It is not easy to spontaneously speak about a subject, even one with which you are very familiar, with a microphone in your hand and a camera in your face! You really came across with very precise information, well defined answers, and articulate language! This shows that you not only know your painting, but are able to explain some very abstract and subjective information, without a lot of time to think about your answers! Just another impressive performance, and those of us lucky enough to call you our friend... are very proud!

Hi Jacki: Brava! Not only are you a wonderful expressive artist and a great writer, you also are an eloquent speaker...so enjoyed this interview and learned about you and about art and artists. It is such fun to see how you are progressing and the interesting people you are painting. Happy New Year! And more to come...Anita
